Pro prosecutors and then asks prosecutors for advice on legal issues and does disrespect defense lawyers and cuts them off, he doesn’t listen to them and denies all motions by defense team Lastly he falls asleep during murder trials and his cases need to be redone or dismissed as they say in the interest of Justice because the constitution requires a fair and just Trial

This judge is very biased against the defense, he does not do read the motions before him, he cuts the defense short in arguments, he makes erroneous rulings that get turned over on appeal, and he unabashedly and appallingly pro-prosecution. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this judge if you have a case in Southwest. CCP 170.6 was clearly made because of judges like him.
