Have had a bench civil trial with him. Fantastic judge, there should be more like him. He doesn't shoot from the hip, his rulings on admissibilty/hearsay issues and the like are based on scholarship. As others have commented, he is polite to all parties and counsel.

Have had some motion practice with him. Always thought he was a great judge and finally had a chance to try a lengthy jury trial with him. He did not disappoint. Fabulous judge. Decisive, polite to all parties and counsel; smart and very hard working. Good sense of humor; wish I could try all of my cases with him.

Excellent judge, excellent man. We need more Judge Facciola's. Maybe he can move up and we can get rid of the small minded, government stooges.
