John M Monterosso

Judge John Monterossa is brilliant and meticulous. He is respectful to both sides and makes everyone in the courtroom feel comfortable, which is very hard to do. He should give a masters class on how to treat defendants. Judge Monterossa knows the law backwards and forwards. It's a pleasure watching him do his job. All judges could learn a lot from him.

You won’t always get what you want, only what is lawful and fair. One of the best I have appeared before.
