The defendant in my case received 1 year probation for not having car ins. He was responsible for injuries to myself and my wife. She received a plate in her neck and I got a shattered shoulder. I am still paying for doctor and hospital bills from 2016. This so called judge didn't see fit for us to get any kind of retribution fro the uninsured. This is the kind of liberal crap we have in our judical system. It is disgusting.

Hot tempered, saw him scream & insult people sitting in the rear of the courtroom. Big chip on his shoulder.
