This is the sort of disaster that happens when you [Redacted by Ed.] selection basis instead of merit. This man has seriously low IQ and completely [Redacted by Ed.], and extremely biased to the point he makes up his own rules, and awards huge amounts pulled out of a hat as attorney fees to CERTAIN law firms, without any accounting. How he is still on the bench is beyond belief.
