This Judge is going to learn about the First Amendment Rights of litigants parties to a case who may file written papers for redress and NOT go before him because its already established he is bias so gets a disqualification for cause. Probate Court of Sac Co has some humble to eat real fast acting as though they are KINGS Orders not even with a statute or case law or facts void unserved contrary even to DTJ whose EO at least have a citation to the Constitution section or doctrine thus is a nothing less than a Kangaroo court by which it will be subject to an audit, tax payer waste case and higher court filings like a Writ etc.. thinks it can reject service of process too and no they cannot or have ex parte communications with parties without notice on all parties lives in its own world as tho Probate Code is not subject to the CA constitution of State of CA laws and published cases. I have been watching state courts for issues of dysfunction in general because of the budget shortages that date back to great recession this court takes filing fees to generate court operating costs on barred void filings and rigs outcomes by ex parte communications, orders and without service of process as though it can just do what it wants will the Probate Judges will not have their name on the building or a marble bathroom either ... they act like Kings with no authority in ORDERS at all exploiting CA tax payer dollars and it will be remedied.
