John Parker

Parker is the slowest judge in Montana. He takes years to decide simple motions. He lacks experience in civil matters and is results-oriented when he actually makes decisions. His temperament is best described as annoyed at anyone who appears to know more than him (which is just about everyone). Be cautious about criticizing or disagreeing with him. He’ll take it out on your client. Hands down one of the worst judges in Montana.
