Terrible magistrate. Allows fraud to be entered on the record. Threatened me for submitting paperwork that he did not agree with. Practices law from the bench. Definitely tries to intimidate men in title IV-D hearings. Stated he was a “judge” on the record; which the Social Security act subsection title IV-D specifically states a judge can Not oversee. Practices law from the bench. Coached the plaintiff along the whole hearing. Over looked the plaintiffs lack of legal standing. This is just what I remember off the top of my head.
