Respectfully and counter to prior ratings by other users, it’s disappointing to report the following facts surrounding Judge John Broomes pertaining to 4 civil rights lawsuits in the District of Kansas. 2:23-CV02471(Burmaster II lawsuit), 2:23-CV02559 (Burmaster III lawsuit), 2:23-CV02491 (Children’s lawsuit against Guardian and Counsel) and 2:23-CV02536 (Chief Judge lawsuit) all contain essentially the same case record evidences out of Johnson Co, and family court Judge Burmaster is already suspended off my cases but federal judge John Broomes is ignoring and gaslighting away from the fact that I’ve electronically filed evidence in all those cases of Burmaster family court crimes in the Escalante county cases. Hon. Broomes even tried to shut me up with a restriction on Efiling. And I’ve had to cross over the high court order 8 times now and no one is bringing sanctions on me. The court is simply not willing to penalize in civil liability nor acknowledge loss of judicial immunity.

An outstanding judge who respects the litigants before him, has the intellectual horsepower to handle the most difficult questions, and calls things right down the middle. It is a pleasure to have a case before him.

A very professional, hard working and smart judge. Treats attorneys well and with respect. Be prepared for the hard questions - he will ask them at oral argument.

An outstanding District Court Judge, in every way! Is clearly of Supreme Court quality.
