DOES NOT RESPECT THE MERITS OF THE CASE.

~ Make his decisions based on fictional not factual, He has a second chance to make this right we will see…was not in the right frame of mind during trail,very arrogant and Condescending, confessed he was under doctors care and on meds during trail, Why do I say this all in public,because I feel that everyone deserves a fair shake and he did not give it at all,his bias opinion was not given on facts but fiction and needs to be corrected.He has bin given a second chance handed down buy the court of appeals,personally I think he should remove himself.

This judge is biased. This is the biggest red flag of a bad judge. A biased judge is one that doesn't seek to achieve the right result but rather seeks to serve his or her own personal likes and dislikes that have nothing to do with the legal issues before the judge. Secret bias is hard to uncover, but often bias is not difficult to uncover and is often flaunted by a judge and used to prove how powerful he or she is.

Makes the audience laugh, always entertaining, firm but at time gives lenient sentencing, especially if the defendant is pretty.

Stealth judge. He should give up broadcasting baseball, football, and baseball games for a commercial radio station. He should also give up his religious duties as a Eucharistic Minister and stop accepting awards from the government.

Terrible sentencing judge. Will never go below the guidelines without government approval - which is never.
