In my personal experience, and based solely on my observations, my time in this judge’s courtroom was troubling. From the outset, it appeared to me that certain conclusions had already been reached, and I felt there was limited openness to evidence or argument that did not align with that initial framing. To me, the proceedings gave the impression of predisposition rather than the careful, neutral consideration one reasonably expects from the bench.

The public must be mindful that judicial discretion is not without limits, and when it is exercised without careful consideration of the evidence, it does more than undermine confidence in the courts—it actively endangers children. This Judge has consistently demonstrated a troubling pattern of partiality and gender bias, repeatedly favoring the mother regardless of the facts or the risks posed to the child. His rulings are not grounded in the facts but instead reflect a readiness to adopt counsel’s arguments on the spot, reacting impulsively with superficial reasoning that departs from the evidence and the law. Such conduct is not simply poor judgment; it is a disservice to the public and a profound breach of the duty entrusted to the judiciary. This instability and lack of impartial analysis render him unfit for judicial office and raise grave concerns about whether his decisions can ever be relied upon to protect the best interests of children or uphold the integrity of the legal system.
