He should be recalled. He is an utter disgrace to our profession. One day he will retire and will be begging for people to hire him as a mediator. I cannot fathom anyone using him. How on earth did he become a Judge.

Nasty. Likes to puff his chest but in doing so only inhibits case resolution and makes things needlessly difficult.

Nasty and condescending. Not only does he not do anything constructive to try and resolve cases, he makes things more difficult. He has no conception of what it means to be a trial attorney. I cannot fathom how he became a Judge. Come on we can do so much better than this.

He has failed to adhere to the standards, rules, and judicial canons required of the bench. He has completely disrespected the judicial college.

Terse and arbitrary.

I would give this Judge high rankings, he takes the time to try and resolve matters and is even handed with all parties.
