Completely biased in civil litigation. His rulings are impulsive and unpredictable. He creates a stressful courtroom because he is unable to control Defense attorneys in civil cases. He never lets prosecution speak. He is completely under the thumb of Defense in civil litigation. It is painfully frustrating to watch.

Very intelligent but the calendar can run a bit slow as he's new and inquisitive. Open to hearing argument but be prepared with specific case and statute citations as he will ask for them.
