She lost her home, never served, owed not a dime. They let her oil burner explosion and destroy 100% of everything her daughter owned after her moms death. Judge does not have the rights to be a judge if he is not going to handle his court room.. [Redacted by Ed.] FRAUD and nothing we can do about hurting people.. Judge never walks out of his office. My atty never saw him. In back office, allows his clerk to handle all. Very abusive. Refuses all the law to be handled. Wish a traverse hearing and just refuses. Why would a judge not care if a person was served. When they found out 9 years later. Complete frud that the court allowed. He thinks Process servers are allows correct. SEWER SERVICE and people lose their rights to the NYS Courts. The banks are always right. I lost my home that they foreclosed on 2006 in yet I paid a mortgage until 2015. There is a place in H for judges like this. All people should have the legal rights to face accuser as per US Constituation. Not only crimal. They sign under penalty of purgery and that is criminal and he violated my rights. Think before you vote for someone no one is against. All party lines.. This JUDGE and Law Clerk EVAN were in Bankruptcy court. Judge never spoke to the atty at all. [redacted by Ed.]. Citizens have no rights in his court room. His law clerk is all you ever see. Judge never speaks to atty's. Not important that I was never served, didn't live in the house served. The person they said they served was not home and did not match the servers ID. Appeals court could careless the ID's don't match. Deminius...of no value. That's what oour country has become today.. Lost my house, my daughters home and did not owe a dime. The bank has maybe $300,000 of my money and there is nothing I can do. Looking to go into FEDERAL COURT. My Judge and clerk rot in hell for what they are doing to the public for the almighty buck.. They are being purchased by the banks.. I will in time write this completely in a book and go everywhere I can to talk about their fraud...Told this also happens in Criminal cases... They meet in a local bar and decide which cases to win or lose.. This is peoples lives we are dealing with. Is there anything left of our courts....
