It is a very sad state of affairs that someone like this can sit as Judge in this state. His routine is that he picks a side that he likes (usually the side of large corporations or older white male attorneys)completely favors that side, and then torments the other side. He is defense oriented. Gets too involved in the questioning of witnesses. Will rule almost extensively for the side he wants to win during objections. During motions in limine, when the law is against the side he wants to win in motions in limine, rather than make a ruling against that side, he will say "we have to wait and see how it comes up during the trial" so he allows bells to be rung that hurt one side. Poor judicial temperament. Does not understand what his role is as aJudge. Should be removed from bench.
