This judge should not be on the bench.

This judge should not be on the bench. He sanctioned me twice for legitimate discovery requests, including basic financial disclosures of community assets. He told me that I should subpoena everything at my own cost, and the other party had no obligation to provide records for their own accounts (contrary to CCP 2031.010). His minute order misrepresented what I motioned for, and just went off of counsel's oral arguments, clearly never reading the motion. He also failed to hear half of my motion; when I asked that he be called back to the bench, he was visibly irritated and refused to hear the remainder because he was in a hurry.

Terrible judge.

Terrible judge. Very Biased. Let the other side speak pretty freely but barely let my side do that same. Other side had no evidence but believed them. Our side had evidence to show but dismissed them for absolutely no reason. Got mad at me for simply making a “wtf” face and threatened to reprimand me for it. Has little patience and temperament. Wanted to get the case over with as quickly as possible. Speaks to people as if they’re stupid and is not understanding of these court cases that are involving very complex issues that invoke emotion from the witnesses. Overall he sucks.

This is a perfect example of what happens when someone has political connections rather than talent.

This is a perfect example of what happens when someone has political connections rather than talent. His appointment as a Judge is a disaster. Solga is impatient, punitive and dogmatic. He literally screams if someone pulls their mask down in court to take a breath. This position has clearly gone to his head and is on a major power trip. Any attorney who questions anything he says is told to "watch your tone counsel." Solga is like "Rainman" in a position of power. He is verbally abusive ... drunk with his own power ....and needs someone to run against him in an election. Avoid him at all cost

Was very fair and took his time to learn about the case and litigants in the beginning, but then lost patience.

Was very fair and took his time to learn about the case and litigants in the beginning, but then lost patience. Possible gender bias for father's rights.
