Life changing horrid non compliant extensions, delays and displays of inability to understand the point of a case. No doubt a man, who played the system. Got good grades, played into a law degree, good summer job, decent law job. His written comments are equal to a "C" student. Basic business terms and concepts elude his writings, if he is actually doing the writing. His inability render a final thought is astounding, as I watched him allow horrible people continue their actions while he would kick the can down the road.

Nice guy, but the delays he causes are what has marked his early career as a judge. Delays mostly favor those whom are guilty and he has certainly provided many of those. Needs to do his job as Judge and it is just that simple. Not paid to be a nice guy, taken an oath to Judge.
