He is an incompetent judge. He has had numerous strikes against him for exhibiting unprofessional behavior, but remains on the bench and remains protected. He shoots from the hip and is a total loose cannon, and makes snap decisions without thought. Kafka would be intrigued by Judge Rea's methods. His reputation among attorneys who have appeared before him is well-known. He has botched several cases that I am aware of, in one such case creating appellate issues that dragged a case out for years.

As two-faced as they come. Don't trust him. Needs to go back and read the constitution and what the 5th amendment means. The fact he made assumptions when I pleaded the 5th to a question he asked me. Then Didn't even know the actual law he was asking me about. He is the reason to get rid of JUDICIAL IMMUNITY.
