He is without any doubt bias towards the state. Based on the manner in which he addressed my client (Dark skinned hispanic) it is my opinion he is a bigot and will not be fair or just if your client is a person of color. In his decision he made up his own facts to suite his decision which was contrary to all of the physical evidence. Please be advised this opinion is not sour grapes it is truly one of the most disgraceful decisions of have ever witnessed.
