Joseph Reeder

Judge Reeder does not follow WV laws and statutes. He allowed my dad's step daughter to be his guardian when my attorney showed proof of financial elder abuse. This step daughter was able to 'gift' herself my dad's property in a will she created. She admitted this in court. Judge Reeder is a disgrace among the profession. He will be judged in front of God for his evil acts of allowing my inheritance going to the wrong person. DID NOT FOLLOW THE LAW!!

Reeder only does what CPS wants and nothing to help families. He destroyed my family because of the false information he was given by CPS and never made them accountable and he knew what he was doing.

Didn't even give me a chance to talk and was totally against me from begining. The only chance I did get was the last heering and I was totally blindsided and wasn't prepared on what I really meant and wanted to say.

There was no criminal action it was simply Reeder taking my parental rights without giving me a chance. All because DHHR wanted them incentives. DHHR switched workers so many times and they all gave their opinions some didn't even get to do that and which it was do their benefit to take my babies away for good.

He's a disgrace ruling against families and going against the law. He ruled my dad's step daughter was to be in control of him, when I was his only living next of kin. This step daughter robbed my dad blind from all his property and assets. Dishonorable Reeder was probably paid off. $Sad
