Josh Freeman-Stinn

This judge needs to be taken off of the bench! You all are failing my child and I, legalizing abuse and violence against women, manipulative tactics, accepting neglect, and ignore evidence! Humans are a joke and they use information from a man made book to justify bringing harm and chaos to lives!! This is my life!! My daughter is a bystander to all of these nonsensical rulings! What type of child would want to see parents fighting? What type of child would want to meet at a police station etched in their memory? What child would want to see her mother working multiple jobs to care for her? Every single request has been ignored!! EVERY ONE!! I CARRIED MY DAUGHTER'S HEARTBEAT AND I KNOW WHAT SHE NEEDS. IT'S FAILING MY CHILD. IT'S FAILING ME!! IT'S DEPLETING MY ENERGY!! IT'S RESCINDING AND BLOCKING JOB PROMOTIONS!! HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT A CHILD? IT DOES NOT!!

Judge Stinn shouldn't not be on the family law bench. His courtroom is a mess, and he is not interested in evidence. His rulings are nonsensical and don't comport with the law. He makes on the fly orders, such as financial orders, without income and expense declarations. He cherry picks through evidence to fit what he has already decided and doesn't consider the totality. I will never subject my clients to his courtroom again if I can help it. Paper him is you have the chance.

Judge Stinn is a cool guy and I would love to hang out and have a beer with him but he is a terrible J.O. He doesn't read papers, he rules with is heart and doesn't follow the law. He finds reasons to make orders that are contraindicated per the law and abuses his discretion. He is also not well informed about Domestic Violence. He needs more education in DV and he needs to follow the law as much as it may not feel good.

Judge Stinn is a hot mess and his courtroom runs this way. He does not take the time to read through the pleadings and evidence thoroughly prior to meeting the parties. He puts too much weight on verbal pleadings and seems to come up with a decision and bend or skirt the law to find a way to rule that way. I actually found him very pro men.

Josh is a good and fair judge he not Pro mom or Pro Dad, he will solve problems and use best interest of children to solve problems. He is good.

Freeman simply dispenses rulings based on a strict reading of the code without any regard for the conduct of counsel or issues of fairness.
