Judge LaBuda was very biased on family law decisions. Made remarks in Final Hearing that Intervenor provided little evidence of bind with child. Father was a fit parent. And then awarded intervenor with custody of the grandchild. Also imposed conditions that violated Fathers ADA (forced him to use a notebook,when she acknowledged he had a disability with writing). Claimed that fathers evidence of a recording of intervenor was unlawful as she didn’t know she was being recorded making harmful statements. No! This was intervenors own evidence when she recorded herself! Major mistakes.
