This judge ruined my career. A malicious former coworker sought a civil harassment restraining order for a single text message with no threat. The law says there needs to be a clear pattern of behavior and there was none. She didn’t listen to my side at all. She said “I’m going to issue this to make everyone feel safe.” Why not actually follow what the law says? I lost my job and eventually my educator license.
