Judy Kim

Judge Kim let my adversary cut me off twice and then refused to allow me to respond to what he said, even after I told her he said two things that were false. She refused to issue an interim order granting a trial preference, even though that part of the motion was not opposed, and when I asked her to expedite deciding the rest of the motion, in view of my client's age, she responded "you'll get the decision when you get it." From what I hear, she has not made a good transition to Supreme Court and is very slow with decisions. OCA should send her back to Civil Court.
