Judy S Bae

Judge Bae is one of the most methodical and conscientious judges I have been before. She reads every single thing filed, which is not a given, with most judges being so busy. She is a stickler for procedure which takes out the circus aspect of family drama being played out in court. She is extremely intelligent and thoughtful about her decisions and makes them without being swayed by power, fraternity or political alliances. I think she is an asset to the San Diego Superior Court as being one of the judges that is fair and respectful to all litigants.

Does not pre-read. Does not give people faith in the system. Encourages litigation. Does not know family law. Talks down to veteran attorneys.

She allowed a side falsified documents and access to original file to modify. She refused to enforce an order because she knew this order would disappear. The original file is no longer available to me. Some fabrications that with other files access to them. It looks like they are painting a very damaging and scary picture of me. Recreating a 2008 file.

Judge Judy S Bae is the absolutely worst Judge. My son was afraid and asked to be heard. He was silenced. I asked for help for both my son and I, and instead of listening to both my son and I, on 4-18-2021, my son was forced against his will to go back to his abuser. I, his safe parent, was given a 2 year restraining order by the judge because I accused of Abuse. She ruined my sons life.

I have come to learn this judge sides mostly with men, as respondents. She doesn’t appear to recognize battered women, women who have been mentally raped of their dignity. Finances, after divorces are extremely one-sided towards men, men of wealth and power. Maybe she lacks sympathy, or feels her own life path and privilege, allows her to hold a disdain towards those that are helpless? The Governor appointed her, so this is shocking.

Judge Judy S Bae is the most [Redacted] and unfair judge I have ever came across. My abuser filed a civil harassment restraining order against me filled with nothing but lies in retaliation for me filing a domestic violence restraining order against him. My abuser accused me of so many horrible things without a single piece of evidence, yet Judge Judy S Bae granted his restraining order against me rather than dismissing it. He also brought a witness to the hearing who committed further perjury against me by presenting fabricated stories to the judge. Judge Judy S Bae granted my abuser a restraining order against me based 100% on hearsay and 0% evidence, yet wrote in her minute order that my abuser showed "Clear and convincing evidence" and "met a high burden of proof," in which he did not. I think it's also worth mentioning that I am black and my abuser and his witness are both white, so I also believe that Judge Judy S Bae holds a bias towards certain ethnic groups. Judge Judy S Bae needs to be investigated for her unfair court proceedings as I am sure she has a history of ruling in favor of people who've presented zero evidence and only accusations. She does not know how such rulings are detrimental to people's lives and I would not be surprised if she is disbarred one day.

The Hon Judy Bae has a medical degree and a law degree, which makes her unique and gives her an awareness that most in the legal world lack. She is the most gifted mediator in San Diego, especially when it comes to family matters. She is good at seeing through gamesmanship and great at breezing past it.
