Judge Alloggiamento was excellent throughout and I am glad to have been assigned to her courtroom, it made an unnerving and high stakes trial calm and thoroughly sensible. We need more judges like her.

Judge Alloggiamento is remarkable in her patience and in how she conducts her courtroom, with utmost respect to both sides, even that which is clearly errant, and even when she knows it. We have had the privilege of being in her courtroom for a total of 14 days during a lengthy bench and then jury trial. Never once did she show impatience or hurry through the proceedings. She went to great lengths to educate herself and both sides of the nuances and to issue well thought through and detailed judgments. Her attitude towards the jury was particularly commendable, she made them want to participate and engage in the process.

Flippant, pompotous , and gives lip service to her oath of office. Highly emotional and easily to manipulate if attorney has High emotional IQ. Generally , impatient, despises people with mental health challenges or people who have had criminal Justice situations or issues.. IMO she is open to back challenging and IMO there is an appearance of this kind of behavior goin on.
