Julie A. Palafox

Judge Palafox forced my sons (13 and 16) to attend mediation "to be heard on custody matters", effectively making them choose between parents, even though there was ample evidence of coercion and undue influence by their father. She decided it would be a good idea to separate the boys while they were in 8th and 11th grades and have them living 1,000 miles apart, with opposite visitation schedules. The younger of the two became completely alienated from my entire family, including younger siblings, grandparents, etc. within six months of living in CA with father because Palafox refused to enforce the custody order. She claimed that it would be "unfair" to make a kid get on a plane to see his family, and failed to take any responsibility for ensuring that the order was followed. She pretty much blew up my family and walked away as if it was nothing.

this judge disregarded my Final Custody - Stipulated Order [claimed it did not exist - literally], my Final CA Probate Court Order stating my girls belonged to ME [NOT me & their dad], AND 2x Appellate Court Orders both affirming the Probate order. She returned my kids to their abductors, legalized their ongoing acts of kidnapping and child abuse, put me on monitored visitation WITHOUT TRIAL / HEARING for it, IGNORED clear CHILD ABUSE & NEGLECT, ignored constant disregard of temp orders, refused to allow evidence and with a 3044 petition infront of her, transferred my case to NM. Now, I STILL have not been allowed ANY contact whatsoever with my daughters since 9.24.2024.... THIS LADY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BENCH TO PROTECT ANY OTHER CHILDREN FROM THE HARM SHE TRAPS THEM IN!!!!!!

This judge had prejudged the case based upon fairly tales written in briefs, and had no interest in anything really said in court. You could tell from her manner she had already decided the case in her head before it started. Opposing council knew how to push her buttons properly, I being self represented and broke, I did not.

Honorable, what a joke this lady justice and blind. No chance, and I can not even once again consider her honorable. She is just Julie, and Julie is blind but not in the way an Honorable should be; blind to the laws that are on the books. Separate real property is just that. Inheritance is just that. Julie couldn't do that obviously for me and many others. What a disgrace to an already rusting court system. Majority of which are down out liars; whoops misrepresenting soul less justs. Justs in that they waste and harm lives all for federal monies. Shame is being nice. My experience was that of complete judicial bias; my now ex father-in-law justs the same I'm sure. My now ex-wife in sense cost her that Family law bench. I found this site after judgment was made in June 2024. And by the way the trial was not until July 2024. Did not even retype, just crossed out June and put July in hand. I thought all those similarities I found on this site; but did anyone do something about a failing Julie? Well well, I did, calling FBI and an hour plus a little of my time; and Julie is no longer a supervising Julie at LMaraux. Just a freaking joke of a disgrace to a real lady justice. Now a Julie in a probation court dealing with knuckle heads sharing in their caliber. No that's giving to much credit to Julie. My money on the probation victim in front of Julie. Weak and pathetic and must be an illiterate; couldn't even read the existing laws. Dame her to hell by one of God's soldiers grasping a lightsaber touched by the hands of God, " God's soldiers" Those that follow my hard earned foot steps in Julie's court. Your welcome. John Amir Judicial bias that I unfortunately was married to was Marina Zarifes; still lost and a bad lawyers dream. Even though Daddy was a judge. I should have known better. Stack of scratch will be taller than before an encounter with just Julie; not to clear if it was worth seeing how jacked up the system really is. God help us all 2033, just saying.

This woman should no longer have the title of Judge. She admitted in court that she doesn't look at any evidence documents and it angers her to even see it. How is that fair to any parent I have been fighting for my child's mental well-being as well as allowing him to attend child care as to attain a full time job. Guess what... no suprise to any parent who has been misjudged by her, I was found to be inconvenient. I am always denied a fair hearing. If she finds a way to dislike you, like trying to represent yourself, she will misuse her power and give the more wealthy parent everything they wish for. Absolutely evil and has no business being a judge, especially when it comes to judgement on a child. I read an article on how well of a job she is at being judge. So many lies about her wanting to promote less use of the court for family law issues. Well that's completely untrue. How can that be her stance when she signs off an ex parte matter that doesn't involve any "immediate danger" to the child and on top of that nonsense, I couldn't even get a hearing until 2 weeks after the requested vacation took place (that's right a granted ex parte matter on a vacation!!!!!) She also granted the motion for sanctions against me, without being given the chance to be heard. [Redacted by Ed.] Anyone who gave her more than one star is completely worthless and ignorant just as Julia Palafox is!

One of the most evil tyrant monsters who is a supervising judge! The amount of lives and children whom she has destroyed is catastrophic. One day this woman will be judged [Redacted by Ed.]

The lengths parents will go to minimize their ex’s involvement in their child’s life is pathological. It should be obvious to the judge Palofax who the problem is. I am a minimized parent forced to go back to court for the next 18 years and pay "ransom money" to the colleagues of judge Palofax. This should be so obvious to Palofax and it’s never ending cycle of revenue for the orange county family court workers and state. They know it all to well and bank on it… this is how Palofax chooses whom to back… the weak, vindictive parent because that’s the one who will keep the case coming back to court over and over while the other parent spends every dime to Palofax, simply trying to access our own children. The bitter fight of parents in orange county family court make it too easy for Judge Palofax, to abuse her power with misconduct and the patents without ever realizing they are nothing more than pawns themselves have their family destroyed, with PLofax orchestrating it all. It really is evil to see one parent use kids as a pawn to “get back” at their ex. Even when the child is screaming for the other parent, but how much more evil can you get, the the sick and twisted judges like Palofax.

I've never been violent. Never threatened violence. Never missed a visit with our son. Never had police called on me. No bad reports from police. No bad reports from doctors or psychiatrists. Never abused or neglected our son in any way. Positive monitoring reviews for over a year by 2 agencies and my son had his own lawyer who said 3 times in a row, "the son loves and cares for his father." the last words of our 3 year old were "Dadda, I want to live with you forever." I don't even have any criminal record in my life. But by being in court for nearly a decade of trying to be a father... the Julie Palofax and the orange county family courts create crime and drama, to instigate ensure her agenda of keeping children away to maximize their retirement fund and title IV-D where the family courts profit by the stealing, kidnapping and abducting children. I know this from a decade of personal experience in the orange county family courts. This Julie Palofax is deluded into thinking she is a public servant who helps others. The only one she helps is herself.. all the while dating in a Hitler like voice, "This is for the best interest of the child!"

Julie palofax is my supervising judge. She has connections with Disneyland as a lawyer and currently she give the most favorable treatment to the President of [Redacted by Ed.] step granddaughter. I am a father with no criminal record in my life and was given a life time restraining-order to be 100 yards from our now 8 year old son by the OC family courts. I am forced to pay child support, child day care fees even tho our child no longer lives in orange county, I'm forced to pay 10% interest fees, asked to pay hospital fees and 6 figures in opposing attorneys fees, therapist fees, court fees.. And a check I got from work of how much I have to live off of after all the child support from My 9 to 5 white collar worker pay check is: $284.62 Family Court supervising judge Julie Palaofax doesn't just empty your wallet to the president of [Redacted by Ed.] grand daughter. She empties your soul and crushes fathers so they will never get to hug abs see their child again. The more you fight to be a father, the more into debt you will go into your homeless and have been utterly destroyed by the family courts such as myself at the hands of this bias family court judge [Redacted by Ed.]

Terrible judge. Try to 170.1 this judge if you get her. She cannot distinguish a petitioner or respondent in a family law happen to be an attorney. Even if you are not representing yourself and have legal counsel for your case. Do not walk, RUN if you are assigned to her.

Judge Palafox chooses sides in favor of one party over the other. She is extremely obvious in her bias and partiality. She disparages and discounts women who stay home and raise their children during the marriage. She gives her inappropriate PERSONAL opinion (which has no bearing on case) of litigants to justify her opinion in judgments/orders. She does not follow the law and abuses her discretion. She should be sanctioned for the untold monies she has cost others due to her lack of ability to proceed in a timely manner and handle a civil case professionally. I cannot expound enough on how inept she is. I came out the victor but dealing with her is a nightmare. The Gov must have been desperate when he appointed Palafox.
