Julie A. Robinson

Judge Robinson is exactly what you want in a judge. She is impartial, fair, and pragmatic. She also understands and appreciates the importance of trials in our system of justice. At trial, the first time she sustained an objection to hearsay, she actually explained to the jury what it meant. It was a great way to demystify the process for jurors. She is a truly exceptional jurist.

It is a good thing to draw Judge Robinson on a case. She is thoughtful, concise, and scholarly. I have not always agreed with her decisions, but I have never doubted they were unbiased. I would like to see her on the 10th circuit. She is also a great mentor and role model for young lawyers, and she treats litigants and counsel with respect.

This is one great jurist!
