If you ever appear before this judge in dependency court, you must beg your lawyer to do everything conceivable to get this judge off of your case. Otherwise, your case is doomed. Jdg. Swain manages her cases already predetermined to terminate your parental rights, has no compassion whatsoever for what this highly disturbing assault on families does to the children and parents alike. She merely goes through the motions (says the words) and does nothing to hold social services accountable for their lies, misrepresentations, frequent false testing allegations of substance abuse and their underlying commitment to use the Dep.Crt. system to bring a harsh and abrupt end to families in order to replenish and support the foster care system. She will never believe anything that you have to say as a loving parent. You might as well give up, go home, live your life and hope your children figure it out later in life because if this judge gets your case, you are screwed.
