My daughter is neurodivergent, her social cues are off and she has a hard time in settings like court. The Judge did not care for her at all, I do feel like she was fair (with the limited information orally presented) and she did take her time with the case, however, not all the issues were resolved and my abuser (DV parent) still got away with a LOT. I am very thankful for what she did order and I do understand when one side muddy's the water, seeing clearly is quite difficult. Abusers using children as pawns is not only cruel but, it's against the law, I do NOT feel anyone who is capable of being the kind of monster that tries to hold children from a parent, should be granted any custody. It sucks when the court doesn't take the time to look at the evidence to see the actual abuse.

This judge was extremely biased in the case I was working on, as well as the other cases I watched her oversee that day as well. She failed to let one party speak, and constantly cut them off (the male in every case was the one she cut off). She butchered her DissoMaster and income calculations (not inputting mortgage interest, property taxes, inflating the husband's income, and deflating the wife's income). Her agenda was incredibly obvious. It was very sad to see. If you want a fair judge, avoid this one like the plague.
