I cannot say enough good things about Mag J. Westmore. She is, hands down, that hardest working MJ I have encountered. She is smart but not condescending. She listens and gives constructive feedback. She respects attorneys and litigants but remains in control of the proceedings. I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with her.
Smart, personable, seemed fair but was given false data by prosecution and the unbearable Judge William Alsup. I wish I would have had her. Alsup has created and supported illegal, immoral, unethical and unprofessional Prosecutorial abuse and misconduct. The difference between her ratings here (all 10s) and Alsup speak for themselves. Judge westmore was asked to help settle a case where Alsup had allowed, evidence suppression, bias, character assasination and destroyed my life along with eliminating 300 sorely needed beds for people with opiate addictions and other SUDs. I just cry, contemplate suicide and feel desperate as I try to get justice in Acosta vs TLC residential. I just am trying to hold on and alert the media through my twitter feed @frankmontero. I am hoping somebody that sees the glaring difference between a judge that preserves confidence in the judicial system like Judge Westmore and somebody that need not be on the bench like Alsup, has ome influence to investigate my case. which due to prosecutorial misconduct and a Judges ego ruined my life and retirement at my age 66y/o.
Super smart judge that was able to handle and effectively settle a complex case.
