When [Redacted by Ed.] ask for a continuance, she replies "YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPELLING REASON"!! How about my right to a fair trial [Redacted by Ed.] ? Sacramento courthouse is the most corrupt in the country. the clerks hold papers and don't file them, they lose them on purpose, judges claim docs in the file are not there, this courthouse needs a full Pam Bondi investigation from the bottom to the top. Clean house and start with this bias [Redacted by Ed.] .

Amazingly well tempered and even handed. After my three day trial I felt she was very fair when ruling on evidentiary objections. She paused to read case citations prepared in anticipation of the objections and interpreted the case law fairly, albeit against my client’s interests. She will rule in favor of well established family law and takes cautious approach to new case law that runs against the weight of the established precedent.
