Karen Bacdayan

In my opinion, this is the best judge in the history of the New York City Housing Court. She should be training the rest of the bench. There is really no one that touches her understanding of the issues or knowledge of the law.

First comment is correct. She is absolutely biased. Good rating is probably from her family or legal services colleagues.
