Karen Gievers

gievers was a founder and treasurer of Florida's Children First, organized to "protect and advance the rights of children" using a colleague on the advisory board. As judge, gievers would assign this advisor as an attorney representing the child, and her colleague attorney is now in federal prison for possession of thousands of images and video of child pornography.

As a practicing attorney judge gievers intentionally and voluntarily engaged in a romantic relationship with her client, violating the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct and violating the Code of Ethics. As if her misconduct wasn't enough she later bragged about it to the public. True gievers. She knows the law and chooses to ignore it, like a sociopath.

To get a better understanding of gievers one needs to read The Miami New Times articles "The Case From Hell" found on the internet. In this case gievers targeted Dr Nogues and tried to destroy her family. The articles make her sound almost psychopathic. She targeted a Tallahassee doctor a few years later but failed, biting off more than she could chew, and she can clearly chew a lot. The courthouse judges and clerks and even the news reporters still talk about the case and how gievers looked like a fool. Fail, epic fail.

gievers would assign attorney Michael Dolce, who advertised himself as a prominent child sexual abuse advocate, to "defend" a minor and both gievers and Dolce would come to court acting like they didn't know each other. In fact they were long time colleagues from south Florida as Dolce was the legal advisor to gievers Florida's Children First organization. [Redacted by Ed.] The FBI is now aware of the gievers-dolce connection. Where there is smoke there is fire.

judge gievers was the focus of national attention when on 11/14/18 The American Spectator wrote about her illegal order to extend the 2018 Florida election. The American Spectator rightfully noted gievers didn't have jurisdiction over federal elections and also couldn't order a change in a deadline that was mandated by Florida statute. It was no coincidence gievers was a democrat and her illegal orders favored the democrats who had lost the election. But these orders were true gievers, who knew the law, but just repeatedly chose to ignore it. Epic Fail. Epic.

Secretary of State Harris described gievers the best during gievers losing campaign for Secretary of State stating "this liberal lobbyist is at it again, distorting the truth to cover her past" and described gievers as an extremist leading "an extremist group to an ultra feminist agenda." Florida voters appropriately rejected gievers again. As a failed judge she continued her extremism and distortion or falsification of the truth through court orders that were repeatedly overturned by the DCA or a federal judge. Forced out of office by the state legislature. Epic fail(s).

Probably the only judge in the history of Florida forced out of office by the state legislature, Governor DeSantis bragged about her replacement, describing him "I’m impressed with Judge Everett’s temperament, his knowledge of the law and his understanding of the proper role of a judge,” or read between the lines, he's everything gievers isn't. Gievers...epic fail. Epic.

Gievers was the laughingstock of the nation, state, city, county and even a local high school when she was outsmarted by two high school kids. They became legendary heroes for life. She became a lifelong joke.

She brought humiliation to all her colleagues when she was outsmarted by two 16 year olds. Nothing more needs to be said.

One of her final acts as judge was to illegally extend the recount in counties that were heavily democratic, forcing the US government to immediately intervene superseding her order, which she defiantly issued anyway. Nobody has ever asked the question of how the Palm Beach County election officials knew to be specifically in her courtroom that morning, as Tallahassee is an 8 hour drive. [Redacted by Ed.]
