Does not give a litigant the chance when the topic raised in the complaint is unpopular. Sua sponte dismissed my complaint stating she had no jurisdiction but yet purported to reach the merits of the complaint and dismissed it with prejudice. Miscontrued the plain words in the complaint. Took allegations in my complaint and placed her own words in them to enter a results-oriented dismissal. Does not give individual litigant the right to be heard, even before dismissing the complaint.

Always courteous and prepared. I have tried several criminal cases in her court and have always felt that my client was treated fairly. She does not lean toward the prosecution in her rulings at trial on evidentiary matters. One thing to be aware of in her cout - she typically does not allow re-cross examination of any witness.
