If a person with a brain disorder needs a "730" exam, she states to do it in jail. I actually saw her put a ankle monitor on a patient, who was confined to a hospital, and developed cellulitis. Her answer was to change the monitor to the other leg, except the person was confined to a hospital, and could not get to the place where it needed to be changed. She has no regard for civil rights.
