Extremely biased toward the elite. Has disgust for stay at home moms, and reinforces abuse. Clearly has favorite attorneys. This judge is unfit for family court. Has no regard for children whatsoever. She needs to learn about DARVO and covert narcissistic & emotional abuse.

~One of the worst judges I’ve been before in the Washington State Superior Court System, has a very rude demeanor, rarely does she read through pleadings, reputation of being corrupt, short tempered, and favors her cronies, disregarding basic legal principles and her oath to uphold the constitution. If she’s assigned to any of my cases, I advise my clients to use their one recusal to get a different judge. She has a terrible reputation among the attorney community.

Disgrace. Ordered me to take the legal advice of the county clerk (Lu Scott) who told me to amend my petition, which did not have legal authority. Spoke w/ the author of the WA State Probate Law (Mr. Mucklestone) who said my initial petition was right, Kirkendoll was wrong. Five years later, still trying to reverse her terrible order to take legal advice from a non-attorney and am suing her personally.
