A very smart and diligent judge. She works very hard and goes out of her way to be fair to both sides. She clearly cares about her cases and takes time to assess the facts and law before issuing rulings. She can be very witty and engaging with litigants and counsel.

Pretends to be concerned for all parties. Goes through the "necessary steps" but clear to see judgement is predetermined. Example: Orders evaluations, her chosen expert. If found favorable for defendant, dismisses it because she doesn't believe it. Expert testimony does not matter in her court. Clearly a prosecutors judge.

Very smart and knowledgeable about the the law; very conscientious; very concerned about being fair, listening to and considering all the arguments and being evenhanded, considering the personal impact the case has on each of the parties. Despite having a very quick mind and rapier wit, she's patient and bends over backwards to be courteous, avoid offending anyone and make everyone who appears before her feel comfortable. She clearly agonizes over the details of all the facts and law in every case to make sure that she understands everyone's side of it and that she gets it right. Importantly, there doesn't seem to be an arrogant bone in her body. It's a pleasure to appear before her, and everyone I've talked to who actually has gone before her feels the same way.

Brought all her baggage with her to the bench, only qualification for her position is friendship with district judge, it's not enough.
