I’ve had the great misfortune of seeing Judge Delaney serve in multiple divisions - criminal and family. Judge Delaney is quite possibly the most biased, arrogant, emotionally-unstable Judge serving in Camden County Superior Court. She is a shining example for why prosecutors should never be appointed to the bench - terrible temperament, and always looking to nail someone to the cross. It doesn’t take long for you to realize Delaney is the sort of Judge who makes up her mind in the first 60 seconds of a case. You can see it in her eyes - a cold impatient stare. You can see her going through the motions, hurrying everything along so she can issue a ruling that was alreadydecided hours, days, or weeks beforehand. There are great judges in the Camden vicinage. Judge Delaney isn’t one of them.
