This judge allowed a woman who blew .223 upon being arrested by the Washington State Patrol for felony vehicular hit and run on a bicyclist to walk free the next day without paying one dime in bail. This DUI driver left said bicyclist unconcious in a ditch in their own blood and urine after hitting them at 50 plus miles an hour. Sounds about time for a new judge in town.
