I had the misfortune of appearing before him on a Friday afternoon when he was apparently anxious to clear his docket and did not appreciate having to deal with not guilty pleas. He cut me off repeatedly and made his bias quite clear.

Judge Pion allowed a person with a third degree sex offence and a extensive record to use the courts after someone the plaintiff knew attacked my son and husband on 02/05/2022 while talking to the manager about a incident where the plaintiff almost ran into my son while he was moving carts. The attackers came back the next day and attacked an innocent employee and got locked up around 02/15/2022. After the attackers were locked up the plaintiff press charges against my son. My son have never been lock up and worked hard to get his diploma while having an IEP with a learning disability while working his job. Some how my son was locked up on 05/12/2022 without having a chance to tell his side and not having an attorney present with him someone from the States Attorney's Office told him to pled guilty. If I could I would share the plaintiff's extensive record and charges from two different states. My son who never been in trouble was taken advantage because he didn't understand his rights. I am now searching for outside help on this matter because now my son thinks he can't trust the court system.
