Judge Fong is Judge Wrong because he makes occasional serious legal errors that clearly contravene the law as well as legal doctrines. There's really no excuse for some of these legal errors. I understand there are many instances where some of the facts and even the law can be confusing. I know Judge Fong is a new judge and perhaps that accounts for some of his errors. On the other hand, Judge Fong has been practicing law for over 30 years. I also know most judges are extremely busy and perhaps they overlook some points n the pleadings. I can't wait for AI to come to the rescue and perhaps in the future there weon't be so many of these serious legal errors.
