To comment CA48189 Judge Kimberley Baker Guillemet is a horrible judge. She looked about reading my pleadings so she didn't even know she was ruling on a habeas corpus petition. She kept calling it a Section 1385 motion to dismiss. Then she engaged in a campaign to stifle my attempts to call attention to what she'd done. Horrible person horrible judge.

My Two cents on him- 1. In my option a biased Judge, the problem with Judge Schwartz is he formulate an opinion about the defendants based on the charges framed by the District Attorney and then his mind brain fogged and he won't listen to, no matter the critical evidence you present, Judges like him is the reason so many cases goes to appeal and all the way to Supreme Court and wastage of tax payers money. 2. He doesn’t gave defendants and the explaining party the chance to speak and try to stop everybody on the lips shows the moral values this Judicial official had, if he contesting in next elections the residents of the county of Los Angeles should relieve him from his Judicial post. 3. There should be a law where there is a mental Health Evaluation to be done on these type of Judicial Officers, as no one is above law and to withhold the office sanctity they need to act unbiased. 4. Rating him highly unsuccessful Judge and should not hold this office. 5. Not more than 3 mins he gave it to one case and move on and yell all the time and crack jokes with Public Defenders and District Attorneys and look with awfulness the Private Lawyers/practitioners. 6. A short tempered, Egoistic Judge 7. I wish him to retire early with Prejudice and save the people of the county of Los Angeles from his biased judgement and wasting tax payers money. If he is the Imperial ruler he will send all the residents of the county to Jail. 8. First impression about him is angry old man if someone meet him first time 9. As he sits in Dept 30 of the Airport courthouse where all the cases from nice fancy towns and cities of Los Angeles County sits such as Beverly Hills, Culver city etc. he thinks himself as a Hollywood star as he handles the high profile cases but in reality he is a Judge out of thousands of 1500 plus Judges in the county of Los Angeles. *Note- All the comments are opinion about him and does not hurt anyone feelings or sentiments this is a one spectator point of v
