Judge LaFave seemed quite swayed by my husband's criminal defense attorney who sweet-talked her into removing my husband's SCRAM "so he could travel for work." Judge LaFave wished him good luck in his travels... My husband punted his plea down the road and down the road and received no consequence for DV caught on camera. My husband had a second case for violation of a PPO and Arapahoe County dismissed it outright.
