This woman has done everything she can to separate me from my daughter. She has taken access from me, her grandparents, her aunts and uncles, and will not release her to me from her mother, even though there is evidence of abuse as well as access to drugs and alcohol at her mothers house

[Redacted by Ed.] Ruins lives and family relationships. My ex did not follow every single rule by judge (at least 50). He even threatened me and the therapist we were seeing by blocking our exit. I am not kidding, sadly. That’s ok, bc my ex was found out , she just picked another for us even though we had to both give a list of our choices . And another strike, did not go with my 10 picks even though the Montgomery county employee could not bother making any list. My ex removed my child from therapy, put her in danger with drugs and guns left in open reach, gave me no custody at all even though I had my other child who would not go with my ex. She should lose her job and pension and be put thru court for her misuse and abuse of the LAW. This county makes me sick.

Judge Wall should be tried in a court of law herself. She also gave custody to my ex who worked for Montgomery County. I fought for over a year to make him held accountable for his actions and finally I had to give up. He alienated my daughter from me by telling her lies. I had to pay alimony to my ex for two yrs and he rarely saw the kids. Until he wanted child support. I didn’t realize it at the time, but my ex is a total narcissist and checks every box for being a sociopath . She didn’t want to even hear he had a PFA in his past bc the past “was the past”. I was dumb and didn’t make it permanent. He pulled my daughter into his crazy drugged violent life. Wall gave me no custody even though I had custody of my son My daughter was only 13, and he didn’t watch her at all. She went from straight A’s and playing sports to being absent all the time. My ex screwed her up so badly that she spent most of the time until she was 18 in detention centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation with minimal security to full blown detention in north Pa. She is now 21 with 2 kids from a 35 yr old. Of course she got pregnant at 17 and barely finished high school. I think Pottstown basically gave it to her even though she barely went thru any hs years. I found out he was dealing large quantities of coke and showed her and my nephew a few lbs in his safe. He kept a gun under the sofa headrest in the living room. I reported it to Montgomery county but nothing. I believe the baby daddy was seeing my daughter since she was 14-15. My ex told me he caught a 35 yr old getting high and drinking with my daughter. He got away bc my ex went for his gun downstairs instead of dealing with him. I went to court for a yr with Judge Wall and he would not follow any rule that she had ever put for him or us to follow. I mean every rule whether there were 2 or 12. I couldn’t believe it. My ex tried to have me arrested thru Macungie police, the state police, Pottstown police. He tried to PFA me and it w

I had the same judge Kelly Wall who looked down on me and did not protect me and my children from my ex who has a previous child abuse record, criminal record for child abuse and I had an active PFA against him during our custody hearing. Wall stated I used the PFA to alienate the father and would not allow any contact (as per the PFA order) and gave primary physical to the father who had previous records of abuse and an active PFA protecting me and my children, my mother and my 2 children to a previous marriage. Wall was outside prior to the hearing talking to the father and his lawyer. Unethical Judge! She should be removed from the bench!

Judge Kelly Wall was never assigned to my case, yet it seems she didn't have enough work and without authority entered an order in my case where she overrode the coordinate jurisdiction of a previous presiding judge's order by canceling my child support hearing, terminated my minor unemancipated child's support, and barred me from filing for child support or enforcing my divorce order. Judge Wall knowingly falsified material facts in her opinion to the appeals court. Judge Kelly Wall violated her Official Oath, all PA laws that were applicable in my case, and she abandoned the Constitution. The PA JCB protects most judges and PA judges are retained unless they are voted out. Vote her out!

Kelly Wall is a horrible, biased judge. This judge should be removed from the bench ASAP.

Kelly C. Wall is a courtroom’s resident calamity whose decisions shatter families and her interpretation of the law resembles a bumbling shuffle through a minefield of ignorance and incompetence. Facing this catastrophe is like stepping into an altered universe where right is wrong and injustice reigns supreme. It’s time for Wall to pack up her gavel and switch careers to one where legal acumen isn’t required, perhaps she can become a fortune-teller where being consistently wrong is expected and more suited to her talents.

Horrible judge. most use less judge in this court. i dont understand why court is retained still retain her, just send her out of the building without any pension

Does notconsider the educational needs of a child or the stabliity of child's environment. She makes derogatory remarks from the bench. Very unfair to fathers and favors the mother. Possible racist.Child did not have a summer waiting for her ruling which came one week before school opening. Ruling hurt the child and placed the child in an drug environment that is abusive.She should be barred on made to take child development courses

Horrible judge, working for protecting abusers, not the victims. If you go to this Judge, you won't get justice. he is a dumpster. She has to be terminated from the legal systems.
