This judge's nickname is Mr. NODue-Process...it is his way and you are either already guilty or u take plea deal or he will burn you to hell. Glad he is out of criminal court but now he will be denying people their financial rights. GET HIM OFF THE BENCH Looking at his law school transcripts, 2.27 GPA that looks fudged. DID HE EVEN GET a LEGIT BAR DEGREE and BAR LICENCE or did Daddy Clydes' name get it handed to him on a platter

My 9 yrs relationship came to an abrupt finish when my partner met someone and after 2 weeks, promised her our home only in his name and told me he wanted my girls he had been a stepfather to for 9 yrs and myself to move out. Still no place to go he changes the locks on us and moves our stuff out during a down pour to a storage unit. Then files unlawful detainer 2 days later, fully committing perjury.I responded advising the judge of his actions. In Addition, I advised the just in our hearing and instead of dismissing or even saying anything to my ex, he issues a judgement in his favor. Now permanently on my record.

Kelvin Wells is rude, unprofessional, runs his court room like a kangaroo courtroom. I watched him insult an attorney few weeks ago when the attorney was standing up at podium with his client, Wells ridiculed him. He interrupts, assumes anyone can get an attorney in a few days or a week and prejudices you if you do not have an attorney. He does not follow Florida Rules and Procedures and it is just time for this old man to go retire. [Redacted by Ed.] Not that its important but Wells is egotistical and most people that find out Wells is their judge pretty much have zero faith in the judicial system giving them a fair shake.
