Kenneth A. Talley

I defended a victim of identity theft in front of Judge Talley. He paid close attention to the evidence, applied the law and got to the right result.

Evenhandedness is hardly his strongest ability. Definitely, pro-government.

I meant Kenneth Talley many years ago and he's just the gentleman's gentleman. He never looks down on anything or anyone and had a heart for other's. He goes out of his way to say hello. I saw Kenneth at chaptico market last year and after not seeing him for several years he knew exactly who I was not because I've ever been in front of him or ever in any trouble. No one could ask for a more honorable man to be a judge than him he's for sure honorable which is what everyone should be not just a Judge but he's honorable for sure. As a matter of fact I'm going to go see him to say hello as soon as I can maybe even go sit in his courtroom and watch a little bit because it's a Great place to learn for sure. If he is ever chosen to be the chief judge things would really really take a miraculous turn in our system of justice because this man understand the meaning of justice and our constitution for all people not just some.

I have never been to court before, however I was under the impression that both sides were allowed to present evidence and their side of the case. This judge did not allow that. Only allowed the man in this civil case to present with his male attorney. It was a very definite man’s club. All illusions I had about the judicial system were completely shattered on the day Judge Talley sat at the bench. When he raised his voice at me I was in shock. When he allowed these men to comment on clothing I wear, I knew this was a man’s world I was in and there was nothing I could do about it. Now my reputation has been tarnished, and my mental health has declined because a judge didn’t allow for a fair trial and I had no representation. I have learned from it-hard lesson. Even though it cost me nothing as far as money, I have been paying for this. That is what happens when only one side gets to present evidence I suppose. Fair and just-no. Far from it.
