Came in with concrete evidence that a landlord not only lied under oath but is guilty of contempt of court as well. This hack claimed the perjury was alleged and dismissed the Order to Show Cause. Moreover, the bully refused to allow oral argument in violation of due process and equal protection under the laws. Obviously, he was out the day they taught legal ethics at the University of Miami Law School. Would trust this hack with a rotten cigar.
