This man should have been taken off the bench in 2014 he then was already gaining a track record for being on the males side in Dv and custody litigation and revoking most woman's right to voice in cases, he has taken children from good mothers and has put them in unfortunate situations with unstable fathers who were only trying to gain custodial rights to there children to trump the mothers first hand rights in the separation. Most of these cases have gone on to have severely unsatisfactory outcomes on the mothers ability to gain proper rights to her placed joint custody. Also there has been reports of parties whome have complained of custodial parents who have been able to go to review without properly informing the non custodial parent and have been rewarded continued rights, even with out proper evidence as to the noncustodials cooperation and status with communication. This is not a judge this is a stain in the board of justice ..... FOR SHAME

pritchard is biased, he doesn't like women much, especially when it comes to dv or child support custody cases. he has a bad short temper airs on the side of uneducated in law and cocky! uses his opinions instead of law and facts. he's been known to come off as abrasive and even abusive to women. he will overtalk you and ask questions but if he doesn't like the answer becomes irritable. i have seen him make mistakes when making judgment calls, and puts most things into a one fits all in family law! [Redacted by Ed.] a factual case he sat in on led to 12 more years of domestic abuse and marital rape resulting in 5 pregnancies farthing gluing and trauma bonding the victim to her abuser. [Redacted by Ed.]/ visitation would only allow the father to farther use the court or kids to abuse her. to keep control of this case he refuse to allow the case to be heard by anyone else and denied all venue changes and or appeals, [Redacted by Ed.].his term is ending in 2025 and the woman will be able to finally be able to have a divorce and financial help.

Does not care if parties have a contract - I actually don't know how he even judges cases since he doesn't use facts and doesn't care about a signed agreement. Sides with his buddy lawyers. HORRIBLE judge and a joke of a judcial system in Ridgecrest!

Very condescending and when mentioning about a perpetrators killing of numerous pets he had zero compassion:-(. Would not listen and talks over you!
