This Judge thriveswith notoriety on the removal, and adoption of children. Judge Gillespie brags about adopting out children, while he sits on cases for parents who are not allowed to be heard or seen in the court room. Thus Judge uses riddles to insult litigants. Judge Gillespie violates due process rights by dismissing parents rights to trial or present evidence of misconduct by the state/local agencies who kidnap children under false allegations. This Judge let's hearsay stand only when it further harms the family. Judge Gillespie is incompetent, and as shady as they come. He should never be allowed to sit on any cases especially cases involving children.
